How It Started
Sun City Home Improvement started in 2026 with two experienced twin brothers — licensed tradesmen with 30+ years combined in the industry, one truck, and a single principle: do the job right the first time, or come back and fix it. That principle hasn't changed. The tools are better. The crew is larger. The jobs are more complex. But every new hire learns the same thing in their first week — you leave a site cleaner than you found it, and you don't call the job done until the homeowner agrees it is.
We're just getting started — but the foundation is solid. Every job we complete is a chance to earn a repeat customer and a referral. We're building this company one job at a time, the right way.
Expanding to Serve Our Commercial Clients
As Sun City Home Improvement, LLC continued to grow, so did the demand for dependable commercial property maintenance and improvement services. To better serve the needs of local businesses and property professionals, the McKenzie brothers expanded their commercial services under the name Sun City Property Services. Sun City Property Services is not a separate company. It is the commercial services division and registered DBA of Sun City Home Improvement, LLC. Both names operate under the same ownership, management, and commitment to quality workmanship, reliability, professionalism, and customer service. While Sun City Home Improvement focuses primarily on residential home improvement, repair, and renovation services, Sun City Property Services provides commercial property maintenance, repairs, improvements, and facility services. Through Sun City Property Services, we proudly serve property management companies, HOAs, multifamily communities, commercial facilities, offices, retail properties, and other businesses throughout the Tampa Bay area and surrounding communities. From routine repairs and preventative maintenance to facility upgrades, turnovers, renovations, and punch-list projects, our goal remains the same: to provide every client with a trusted, reliable, and professional partner for their property improvement and maintenance needs.
